    Our nurses are “clinical coordinators”
Oncology nurses are often just referred to as the NOD – nurse of the day (different ones are responsible for different days)

We just simply call the RN staff:

    1. Oncology OP RNs
    2. Ambulatory Infusion Center RNs

    Hello,
Our oupatient clinic nurses have been called case managers since the role was designed years ago.  Now the hosptial is creating a case manager position that is more like a utilization review position and we are required to change our title.  Of course, we have been having quite a bit of fun coming up with a new name for the group!  I would like to know what other hem/onc clinic nurses are calling themselves, if anything.  Super Nurses is out 🙂

    Thanks
