     1. Do you use Pain Ease spray with your patients? Yes, but we use the J-tip a lot more now.

    2. If yes, do you use it for the following procedures and please indicate any restrictions or contraindications.
    a. For Peripheral IV’s? Yes

    b. For injections? (not that often; we use LMX cream more).

    c. For port accessing? No, the can cannot be guaranteed that it is sterile. 

    d. For anything else? No

    3. Do you use it out of the can on sterile sites? No

    4. If you do not use Pain Ease please indicate why and name other products used to minimize injection site pain.
