    Our nurses collect the labs and our inhouse facility runs the specimens. Pregnancy tests are required for females > 10 years of age prior to each course of chemotherapy.

    If you work in an outpatient setting, who perfroms your POC testing and preganancy tests?  The RN or the lab?  If it’s the lab, what’s the turn-around time?  How often do you require a pregnancy test with females >11years receiving chemo?
