Our clinic closes at 6 and all peg doses require monitoring for an hour after end of infusion. Same for erwinia one hour monitor post. Usually we try to give it earlier in the day in case anyone does have a severe enough reaction to be admitted. For the first 3 doses provider is present for 15 minutes at start of infusion.

Do any institutions have rules around timing of when highly reactive chemo such as peg can be given. We are open until 9 pm and do not have a hard and fast rule of admin time. Curious if others do?
