    Hi all,
We currently have a no sibling policy just because of space and our efforts to maintain social distancing.
It poses as a challenge for many families…and we have made some exceptions with creative scheduling as the very first/last appointment of the day, but we hold firm to our infection prevention strategies.
We have an escalation algorithm…patients are screened for COVID via phone 2-3 days prior to appt and are reminded of policy and if there is an issue identified then, we determine the urgency of the treatment and then see what we can do, if anything, to accommodate. We just started 2 months ago allowing both parents.
For clinic visits-we have utilized telemedicine (if appropriate) for some of these kids

Hi all- Looking for input as to what other clinics policies are on siblings being allowed at clinic and/or infusion appointments.
If you do NOT allow siblings, how do you manage barriers that families have in finding childcare for other sibs? Any other input, ideas, etc. are welcome! Thank you!
