we do not allow siblings unless case by case basis, although I’ve seen more and more showing up without approval.

Morning We do not have a sibling policy although in the past it had been a struggle because prior to covid families would bring so many people to their appointments. The new covid guidelines have enabled us to limit visitors and we plan to keep this. The organization limits 2 healthy visitors and this includes siblings. We have addressed it in various ways such as case-by-case scenarios. Families have to use service elevators to limit others from seeing multiple visitors, limiting them to room in isolated areas, telemed visits, and rescheduling if the provider approves.

Hi all- Looking for input as to what other clinics policies are on siblings being allowed at clinic and/or infusion appointments. If you do NOT allow siblings, how do you manage barriers that families have in finding childcare for other sibs? Any other input, ideas, etc. are welcome! Thank you!
