    Thanks, Teresa for the challenge and encouragement!  I downloaded a sleep cycle app to assist me in being more mindful about the amount & quality of sleep I am getting.

    well, we are one week into the new year…how are you doing? Are you practicing some self-care? Building your resiliency? Laughing? Being kind to yourself? Well get on it. Promise yourself you will do one kind thing for you- just you- this month. You save lives every day…so a little self-care is a piece of cake, right? Don’t be shy about posting what you have committed to doing for yourself-maybe you will inspire someone or be inspired yourself! I will be attempting a meditation practice- at least 20 minutes 3x a week. let’s see what happens!
