2020-2022. I led the first advanced provider practice council at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. I was accountable for organizing and coordinating the council, council meetings including planning of agendas, ensuring meeting minutes are taken and dispersed, the assignment of tasks and holding individuals accountable to their delegated responsibilities. Under my leadership, as a council, we initiated planning for the first advanced provider practice led grand rounds.
Additionally, since 2020, I have also volunteered to be part of the nominating committee for the medical executive committee (MEC) at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. I am the first advanced practice provider to be in this role within the MEC nominating committee and have been able to contribute meaningfully to the candidate selection process for MEC at large.
